Question 1

What Do You Charge?

Accepted Answer

Minimum junk removal pickup in Barrie is $49.99. That includes up to 2 garbage bags worth of junk. For all other pickups we charge by fractional trailer load, 1/4 load, 1/2 load, 3/4 load and full loads. However you will always receive a quote before we arrive, so you'll know exactly how much you're paying. Additional charges may apply for overweight items such as piano's fridges, etc. Please request a quote for an accurate price estimate. https://www.callnhaul.ca/

Question 2

How Do I Get A Quote

Accepted Answer

Text or call us a photo of what you need gone. That's it — no site visit, no walkthrough, no waiting around for an appointment. We price the job off the photo and send the quote back, usually within minutes during business hours. You can also book at callnhaul.ca.

Question 3

Why Exterior Pickup Only?

Accepted Answer

It's the whole reason we're faster and cheaper. No time spent navigating your house, no crew tracking through your living room, no need for a bigger inside-the-home team, and we pass those savings straight back to you in the price. Often times we are 50% to 75% cheaper than competitors for similar sized pickups.

Question 4

How Fast Can You Come

Accepted Answer

Most jobs go same-day or next-day. Tell us when you want it gone and we'll give you the next available window.

Question 5

Do I Need To Be Home

Accepted Answer

One of the benefits offering only exterior pickup, is out clients don't actually have to be home. As long as your items are out in the driveway, garage, backyard, or at the curb, we can pick up while you're at work. If access requires someone to let us in a gate or unlock a garage, then yes, we need someone there or a code to be provided prior to pickup.

Question 6

Do You Need To Come Into My House

Accepted Answer

No. To keep cost down for our customers, Call N' Haul is exterior-only junk removal company. This allows us to specialize in fast, efficient service, and pass those savings on to you. Leave your items in the driveway, garage, carport, side yard, or an accessible backyard, and we handle it from there. We don't enter homes, apartments, basements, or attics, and we don't carry items down interior stairs.

Question 7

What Areas Do You Serve

Accepted Answer

For now we only service Barrie, Innisfil, Springwater, and Oro-Medonte. If you're not sure whether you're in range, just ask.
